Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at S-MOTORSPORTS. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping for in-stock items is quick and efficient! Once your order is placed, products will leave our warehouse within 1-5 business days, as we ship out packages twice a week. As a small business, we aim to get your items to you fast, but please bear with us during busy times or holidays. If you haven't received an update after 7 business days, reach out to us via email or phone; we don't monitor texts or Instagram DMs.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Once shipped, most packages arrive within a week. Be sure to track your shipment, as delivery times can vary. We can't influence shipping once it's with UPS.
For larger items like hoods, trunks, and fenders, shipping may take 1-12 business days since they require palletization and freight setup. Please note that if you cancel your order before shipping, a 30% non-refundable restocking fee applies.
*If there is damage on the item or lost package, we ask for your cooperation while we file an insurance claim. No partial refund for repair estimates or full refunds will be given until we are reimbursed by the insurance company (no exceptions). Per the insurance company, this can take between 2-8 weeks to resolve.
S-MOTORSPORTS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
