Warranty Policy
To ensure your order isn't refunded, please follow these guidelines:
- Confirm that your payment card details match your billing information.
- Enter the correct CVV number (3 digits on the back of your card).
- Minimise fraud risk by using the same state for both Billing and Shipping addresses.
- Make sure your shipping address is within the 48 contiguous states and not a PO Box.
Your order will be automatically refunded if:
- We contact you about a potential fraud risk and receive no response within 24 hours.
- Our security system flags your payment as a high fraud risk.
S-Motorsports trust that our customers do not intentionally submit fraudulent payments. However, we must safeguard our business against potential chargebacks and fraud, which is why we maintain a standard policy.
As a small business, we prioritise our customers but also need to be fair regarding issues beyond our control. Your cooperation is appreciated as we file claims with UPS for any shipping damages.
For orders that are lost or severely damaged during shipping, a claim must be filed with UPS—no exceptions. To receive reimbursement, S-Motorsports carbon fiber will initiate this claim, which may take up to two weeks to resolve. If it exceeds 14 business days, we will issue a refund before UPS completes their investigation.
Currently, we have limited options for exchanges on damaged or lost products; most orders will be fully refunded.
How long does the coverage last? The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from S-MOTORSPORTS is 30 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 30 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. What does this limited warranty not cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
What do you have to do? To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us when you receive the parts from the shipping company to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
